ONE DAY WORKSHOP OFFERING AN INSIGHT INTO OUR SUB-CONSCIOUS MIND AND LEARNING HOW THAT POWER CAN WORK FOR YOU.

Self-hypnosis offers the key to the door of the unconscious mind. On passing through the door you can connect with that power and establish communication by learning the language of the creative consciousness. Discovering this new found self-awareness allows the wisdom of your unconscious mind to work for you with the life-long tool of self-hypnosis.

• 9.30am – 11.00am The truth behind hypnosis and conditioned responses.
• Break
• 11.30 – 1.00pm Group hypnosis – releasing negative emotions and creating a positive you. Self-hypnosis instructions and CD.
• 1 – 2pm Lunchtime
• 2 - 3.30pm Understanding the universal language of symbols and dreams.
• 4 – 5.30pm Techniques to help you connect with the universe and communicate effectively via symbols and dreams. Book of Dreams
